What is Unlimited Conferencing?
Unlimited Conferencing is a reservationless conferencing service that provides unlimited toll dial-in access to Raindance Conferencing services for one fixed monthly fee. Unlimited Conferencing is a fully automated service that allows you to host on the fly meetings with integrated web features.

What is the difference between Unlimited Conferencing and Reservationless Conferencing?
Reservationless Conferencing is Raindance's toll free, full feature audio conferencing service that is charged under a pay-per-use model (see Reservationless Conferencing). Although it is also reservationless, Unlimited Conferencing contains a reduced feature set, is accessed via a toll dial-in number, and provides unlimited conferencing services for one fixed monthly fee.

What features are not available with Unlimited Conferencing that are available with Reservationless Conferencing?
Because of its flat rate pricing structure, Unlimited Conferencing does not include features such as toll free access, recording and dialing out to participants.

What are the benefits of Unlimited Conferencing?
If you do not require the advanced features of Reservationless Conferencing and you already have negotiated low rates with your long distance provider, Unlimited Conferencing can significantly reduce your costs and also allow you to better manage your conferencing budget with a fixed monthly price.

Will Unlimited Conferencing integrate with the Web Conferencing Pro phone commands?
It will not. In order to have your audio conferencing service integrate with the Web Conferencing Pro phone commands, you must use Raindance's Reservationless Conferencing service. How do I sign up for your services?

How many participants can I have on the conference?
Unlimited Conferencing offers three maximum participant capacity levels to choose from - 25, 50 or 125 participants.

How is the service priced?
A 25 participant account is $99/month, a 50 participant account is $199/month and a 125 participant account is $299/month. All accounts include unlimited conferencing services via a toll dial-in number.

Can I have international participants on my conference?
Yes, have your international participants dial-in to your conferencing using the toll number on your moderator card.

How can I secure my conference?
With Unlimited Conferencing you can prevent unauthorized access to your conference by checking the number of participants on your call at any time and locking your conference call from any additional participants.

What are the system requirements?
Unlimited Conferencing uses everyday tools - the phone and the computer - to make your meetings more effective. For the audio component, all you need is a touchtone phone. To use the web component, you need:
